The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. Delay in getting the order to me because the item was discontinued but they did obtain it & send it. It arrived & a week later I got an email to say it would be delivered next Monday. Not impressed with that communication.
