All fine really, apart from a pretty slow delivery service. 6 days to deliver within the UK is I bit excessive, as Ive had things shipped from Napal in less time.

So impressed with the service we received from Mytub. The communication regarding the status of my order from start to finish was superb. Order arrived on the confirmed date. Would not hesitate to order from you again.

Delivery a day earlier than estimated but cost was ridiculous as it was a special order. I will not do that again.

HI.. Thanks , we received the part. A bit disappointed that the part took longer that the original estimated time because my customer had 2 options -
One supplier was cheaper but estimated a longer delivery period by a few days and your product was dearer but estimated a quicker delivery. So he chose the dearer but quicker delivery option which ended up taking longer than the other cheaper supplier had advised.
I appreciate that your delivery time is an estimate, but shame it couldnt have been a bit more realistic.
Yours, Allison
