Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! A great service although a bit slow on delivery but i think that was down to some confusion on the order but on the whole very good just waiting for the coal bed to come down a bit in price and i will be ordering again

While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
I have now received it on the day you stated.
I must say that your customer service is excellent and top class, and keeping me advised of progress was very appreciated.
