No issues really. Found the ordering process fairly straight forward. Slight confusion in regards to the stock availabilitylead times but it all ended well. Customer service very helpful.

Thanks I have received all items in normal condition.
Anyhow what I mentioned that u put 3 small packages in 1 much bigger cartoon what increased shipping charge at least twice. And apart of that 3 packages were very loosely in that cartoon and they shook much there.

Excellent customer service. I had to call as I needed to collect the item ordered urgently, I made 3 calls and spoke to 2 people. They could not have been more helpful, they located and contacted the nearest delivery site and emailed the details to me.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Received ok unfortunately wife didnt notice the broken seal on box. All seem to be in there apart from instruction and template to hang cistern but managed to get this online. Maybe could of had extra outer packaging.
In all far better service than last place I tried to get cistern that only took 5 weeks not to get it and another 2 weeks to get refund!!
Good that you can check stocks and estimate delivery!
