Ordered a bathroom cabinet panel on Monday. Received a phone call on Wednesday asking if it would be ok to deliver it that day, which it was. I received it early evening on Wednesday. All in all a first class service and would recommend to everyone.

Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! I was very impressed by the fact that the swing arm which Id ordered arrived within 24 hours of your receiving the order made on Saturday on the Monday morning. Our plumber would have been happier if it had been accompanied by suitable boltsscrews to fix it with but that wasnt actually a problem.

I was really pleased that MyTub was able to supply a Mira Tile Upstand Kit at such a good price £19.92 as opposed to the £28.70 RRP. However, I was most unhappy about having to pay the relatively high £12.50 VAT delivery charge. Jeanette at Mytub, though, told me that I could avoid paying for delivery by collecting the item from my local Plumbcenter store. This was no bother as it was only about 1.5 miles from my home.
Not wishing to pay the £12.50 VAT delivery charge, I might well have purchased the item from another internet store had Jeanette not mentioned Mytubs collection arrangement with Plumbcenter. Perhaps Mytub should publicise this arrangement more on their website.
Overall, Mytub provides an excellent and very helpful service.
