Impressive communication and excellent rapid service.
Would have liked to easily obtain images for a number of items especially baths. Difficult to select without images and more detailed specifications in some sections.

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service.

Best price for the shower part we needed and it arrived very promptly too - great communication keeping us aware at every stage of what was happening. Now our daughter can have her own shower back so wont need to use our ensuite at 6.00a.m. - many thanks!
