The goods did take much longer than I had anticipated, and longer than you initially advised.
You kindly updated with new expected delivery dates but this had to be done more than once and I guess you were simply having to pass on information provided by your supplier or manufacturer.
In the long term no harm resulted and the main thing to report is that the drip tray arrived OK, was in good cobdition, AND it fits perfectly.
So my resume would be - Many thanks for supplying this relatively small item, it just what was wanted and my friend who asked me to order it is highly delighted that he can once again use his fridge as before. Kind regards.

The item I ordered was delivered on the day specified. I was kept informed every step of the way. As the item was a replacement part from a different manufacturer to the original part the electrical connections were in different places and as such I thought there could have been better wiring instructions supplied. Having said that I would definitely use this company in the future if the need arose.

Delivered to wrong address which took a couple of days to find. Delivered to "Hawthorn Lodge" rather than "Hawthorns". Not your fault at all just a sloppy carrier. MyTubs service was exceptional! The gentleman went out of his way to help me with my rather obscure request. In fact, he took it on as a personal quest, going off to investigate, calling me back and showing a genuine interest in solving my problem. My only negative comment would be that the website or the part that I was searching could do with more photographs.
