Brenda, you are a star. Fantastic customer service.
Bought a Myson towel rail element from MyTub that sadly malfunctioned after 18 months. 2 year warranty confirmed by Myson. Brenda went out of her way to arrange a replacement part, having to navigate a challenging supply chain in order to get it to me.
Will definately shop with MyTub again.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. You didnt tell me the items were not in stock until after i had placed the order. Thats a bit sneaky as other suppliers tell you before you place the order and give an estimated delivery date. I suggest you start doing this as next time I will be more carful in placing an order with you until I have looked at the other sites forst.

Very good service goods arrived earlier than expected.
I would suggest that if you can get the goods out as quickly as you did you should advise the customer of this.
i expected the delivery in 45 days and received it next day there are a number of instances where given a 4 day delivery i would have looked elsewhere
