Very slow delivery on urgent parts.
Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.

I placed my order for a basin and brackets on Thursday, 30 Nov 2011. Correspondence from Christine kept me informed of the estimated delivery date and on Friday 02 Dec 2011 Christine gave me the confirmed delivery date of Monday 05 Dec 2011.
The basin and brackets were not delivered on the confirmed delivery date of Monday, 05 Dec 2011. When I emailed to let My Tub know, Jeannette responded promptly and professionally. The basin was damaged and another one put on order to be delivered to me on Wednesday 07 Dec 2011.
This was delivered this afternoon which completes my order and I am satisfied with how everything was handled.
If I need any other bathroom or kitchen supplies in the future, I would not hesitate to purchase them from My Tub again.

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time.
