I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Cusomter service is great. I ordered a part needing it to be shipped to the US and the customer service team quickly got the part to me and kept me inofmed of my order throughout the process. Unfortunately, through no fault of the MYTub team, the part did not fit. For those ordering parts from the US verify the OD verses the ID of the fittings. I ordered a 50mm push fitting coupling and got exactly what I ordered. The coupling is apparently measured by the OD and I needed a push fit coupling to fit a 2" 50mm ABS pipe. In the US that would be 2" 50mm ID and about 54mm OD. Lesson learned.

I ordered parts for a Baxi wall heater a couple of weeks ago and eventually the parts arrived, Baxi was very slow in sending the goods but Samantha from mytub kept me informed all the way. Very good service from mytub, not so good from Baxi.
