DIMPLEX EXBURY OPTIFLAME FIRE EBY15CH DIMPLEX is combining cutting-edge technology with classic design elements in the Exbury inset fire, the latest addition to the range of award-winning Optiflame fires.

The incorporation of a highly sensitive electronic thermostat accurate to +/- 0.5oC has allowed the Exburys output to be reduced to 1.5kW from 2kW without affecting the users comfort levels. By maintaining a consistent heat output and therefore room temperature, it avoids the usual temperature fluctuation caused by the overheating and underheating that occurs with many appliances using conventional bi-metallic thermostats.

In addition to its environmental credentials, the Exbury is one of a range of DIMPLEX fires developed using a new chassis, for a slimmer wall profile. Whats more, this canopy-free fire does away with the visual obtrusion of a conventional canopy to give a sleek, modern look.

The Exburys 21st century low-energy technology is housed in a classic design. With frets in a warm brass effect and real coals, the fire will complement a range of interiors. The model also features the new DIMPLEX slimline chassis with a depth of just 70mm, giving a slim profile for easy inset installation or minimum protrusion into the room if installed as a freestanding fire using the optional spacer kit.

Like all Optiflame fires, the flame effect can be operated independently of the heat, ideal for an eye-catching display. For the users comfort, the Exbury comes with remote control to give armchair selection of on/off and heat settings.

The Exbury fits standard 16 and 18 fireplace openings and all conventional flues. In common with all DIMPLEX fires, it is BEAB approved, an additional safety certification that means the fire has been comprehensively and independently tested.
