I have found your service well below par and your customer service terrible. The lack of awareness of where items are or when they are being delivered, no reply to repeated calls and miscommunication within your company have lead to me to cancel the entire order to days ago, and today Wolseley called to deliver items on Monday. I have communicated with too many different people and their seems to be a lack of ownership, knowledge and customer service.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Very pleased with your service However i Was led to believe that the Esher Three pack included a towel rail and it tuned out to be a Towel ring . Which we do not want. problem is currently being resolved
