Service good. Only gripe: got email to forewarn about Friday delivery. The someone tries to deliver Wednesday before. Ultimately Friday morning so back to plan A but a bit confusing. Otherwise fina.

service was excellent and speedy however charging £14 delivery for a £4.44 part is a bit to much . if it was me to make it an excellent transaction i would of placed in an envelope and posted it

Hi. Just to confirm that I received my order on Friday 24 October 2014. The only comment that I would want to make is that I expected confirmation that the delivery date of 24 October was to be the actual date. However, I had to phone to find out that this was the case.

Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. Took some time to get the product but this turned out not to be the fault of My Tub. This item is now out of manufacture but they still managed to find one so well done My Tub. Once it was located and in stock they gave me a delivery date and kept to it.
No complaints on any level of system, product or service.
