I am very pleased with mytub, the sales process went well, apart from through no fault of their own that did not receive my order straightaway because I forgot to press the confirm button. I really like the facility of being able to pay by BACs and the goods were correctly delivered apart from through no fault of their own the carrier had a problem and the goods were a day late, but even then it was a quick service.

Excellent communication all the way. I tried to order a shower that turns out wasnt in gold. Before sending the chrome version, the team noticed that other parts on the order were in gold so contacted me to check before the order went ahead. The people I have dealt with and the actual products are fine but the overall service I have received is the most chaotic of any internet order I have ever made!
To cut a long story short, a large number of e mails led to my order being delivered on 3rd September - or so I thought!
2 of the 3 items were actually delivered with no mention of the third.
After more e mails, delivery was arranged for pm today 7th September. Just to add insult to injury, The missing item was delivered at 11:20am and it was only by chance I arrived as the van was about to leave.
To sum up, my straightforward order took a stack of e mails, a lot of time arranging various people to wait in to receive it and eventually a bit of luck to complete it!
