In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. Your 7-10 day delivery was way out,almost had to cancel. Then the
incorrect item was delivered, after a bit of research i found this was down
to City Plumbing who eventually supplied the cistern. Your people very
helpful and most of all kept me informed as to what was happening. Good
communication counts for a lot,no problems with buying from My Tub in the
future.
