Cusomter service is great. I ordered a part needing it to be shipped to the US and the customer service team quickly got the part to me and kept me inofmed of my order throughout the process. Unfortunately, through no fault of the MYTub team, the part did not fit. For those ordering parts from the US verify the OD verses the ID of the fittings. I ordered a 50mm push fitting coupling and got exactly what I ordered. The coupling is apparently measured by the OD and I needed a push fit coupling to fit a 2" 50mm ABS pipe. In the US that would be 2" 50mm ID and about 54mm OD. Lesson learned.

The website desktop version used made it easy to find the product required. All the information needed to make a decision on purchase was displayed. Once the order was placed I was disappointed to find that the product was not available for prompt delivery and the email I received indicated that an order could be placed at additional cost of £6 VAT which I was not prepared to pay so asked for my order to be cancelled. I was then contacted by a very helpful lady, Christine, so said that a purchase order could be placed at no additional cost so my order was not cancelled. Shortly after that I received notification that the product would be delivered on a specified day which indeed it was. I am absolutely delighted with both the helpfulness of your operator, who called back with availability of stock and delivery when I needed them urgently and quality of the shower hand grips. They arrived when promised. My only suggestion would be for you to supply the screws with the item but I suppose this would increase the price which was very competitive. Many thanks.

I placed my order online and was kept up to date with how things were progressing. I received an email to tell me the part was available for collection. However when I went to collect the part it was not available. Apparently someone had sold it. I contacted Christine who reordered a further one. After a week it was still not at the Belfast Depot so I contacted Christine who arranged for it to be delivered to me Free of Charge
