I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find.
