I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! My Tub were very helpful in identifying and sourcing the part that I needed for our shower. I sent them photos, which they forwarded to the manufacturer and quickly came back to me to let me know what part was required. The part was sent through and arrived on the specified date. It has since been fitted and works a treat. Thank you My Tub and Laurie who did the investigation work.

You had the 29 year old Thermostat x 3 that I needed for my old radiators. The price was fine. After a bad start with TNT delivering very inflexible and failed to deliver as requested, an alternative company to deliver was then slotted in very quickly and delivered with no issues. Product fitted no problems and works a treat. Email function on website very useful. I will use MyTub again for sure!!
