When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. Although my order was delivered 1 day behind schedule they gave me ample notice of this and kept me up-to-date on what was happening with my order. Great product, easy purchase.

As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.
