We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. The item was as described, well packed and easily fitted. I would recommend the company and would use again.

Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered.
