Since 1919, New Croydon Rubber, now known as Croydex, has been known as one
of the biggest suppliers of household items. Croydex have continued to develop into what it is today, and moved into the
bathroom accessories and fittings market. They ensure that all their bathroom
products have regular inspections so they can make sure that they meet the highest
possible standards.
They have a 5-acre site based in Andover, Hampshire, with warehouses and on-site
manufacturing which will produce bathroom furnishings, including shower curtains,
rails and rods.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. The order came on the exact date I was given I was out, but the delivery company have been equally good, easy to contact to re-arrange delivery.Everything has been so easy. Very efficient ordering system. Arrived within a couple of days.
In my original call the person on the end of the phone helped to locate which branch held the part I needed (you only had one) so I could add this to the comments on the order. I don't have her name but she was very helpful.
For security reasons,I don't usually like ordering on-line so would have preferred to order by phone....
