Since 1919, New Croydon Rubber, now known as Croydex, has been known as one
of the biggest suppliers of household items. Croydex have continued to develop into what it is today, and moved into the
bathroom accessories and fittings market. They ensure that all their bathroom
products have regular inspections so they can make sure that they meet the highest
possible standards.
They have a 5-acre site based in Andover, Hampshire, with warehouses and on-site
manufacturing which will produce bathroom furnishings, including shower curtains,
rails and rods.

However I found your information confusing as the picture shown was what I wanted but I ordered the wrong item because it was the first on the list because I had spoken to an efficient operator , Christine,she corrected the mistake. Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted....

Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. We waited in all day and by 4.45pm no delivery had taken place. I phoned again and this was checked out and yet another email arrived with an apology and note that the item would be delivered the following morning. This did happen at 12.20pm. When I questioned the delivery man he said he had a delivery date of 20th November and was not notified of any change to that!!!! Why was this when they clearly had the item in the depot and we...
