Required replacement aerators for Magiglo open basket gas fire. This company had them in stock at a reasonable price in comparison to other firms. Ordered and was impressed by the customer care with continually update e mails on progress of the order. Delivery was personally carried out by the company and not by courier or post office which meant that the delicate fragile aerators had not been thrown about in transit. Good to see that in this day and age that a company still had Customer care at heart.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
