I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. The service was first class with the item arriving next day. However I do baulk at the price of spares parts, my one tiny item a small 12" bronze body without the flow regulator being 1 16th of the price of a new boiler.

Couldnt identify the part I wanted from the website code numbers no images to compare so I sent an e-mail with all the nameplate details and the part was successfully sourced from the burner manufacturer even though the burner is 18 years old and this model is no longer manufactured. Very pleased with the service and communication throughout the sourcing, order and delivery process
