I found the service excellent ordering at 2pm and having delivery for 9am the next day, especially as we required the thermocouple urgently, the only thing i would suggest is if the items could have had a picture also just make sure it looks the same because I found with my searches that my particular item varied a great deal for the same model fire and it would help tremendously to be confident of ordering the correct item.

Not delivered on stated day 22 Feb but was delivered the next day, and delivery driver apologised for delay. Also, I got rapid and courteous email response when I reported non-delivery. Apart from that , website easy to follow, and price the best I could find.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. Wow, what amazing service! My order was scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. I called up and told Christine that it was really urgent. She said she would do what she could. It arrived in just over a day, which was incredible service.

Hi there.
The first thing that went wrong was that the delivery date was shown to be very quick (which is why you got the order) - it was only when i had actually ordered the item that you subsequently informed me of the true delivery date, which was too far ahead to be of any use to us as we needed the toilet fixed before New Year's Eve as it was my birthday and we were having a party.
However luckily i rang and spoke to Laurie who was extremely polite and helpful and he took the trouble to check with the supplier for me if the item was in stock (which it was) and then arranged for the item to be delivered very very quickly. He deserves a medal as we were then able to fix the problem. He also took the trouble to wish me a happy birthday, which was above and beyond the call of duty.
