Was disappointed as did not realise when ordered that glass door for oven would take 15 days, and was not told that would have to drive to a parts centre (14 mile round trip) to collect it. The staff were polite and answered email promptly, however gave name of the retail park where to go for collection but not the name of the Parts Company. Fortunately I had asked in a previous email for the telephone number, so was able to ring the number and ask them who they were and where to go in the retail park. The item is what was ordered and cheaper than elsewhere, so would order again from MuTub, but would want to know how long is the wait before ordering, especially for an urgently needed part.

I was disappointed that you didnt have the toilet seats that I ordered but the alternatives you found for me are excellent. With all the different styles and shapes of toilets it is really hard for the ordinary person to go into a shop and pick one of the shelf and be sure that it will fit properly. These ones are perfect and are of outstanding quality.

Very slow delivery on urgent parts.
Staff were very quick to reply to emails about our concerns, but it still took a long time to receive the goods which were affecting our process.

Having waited in all day I received a phone call from the carrier stating that you had sent 1 by 1 unit instead of 1 by 4 pack of water filters. Is this correct. They also state that delivery will be some time tomorrow. Apart from this problem it has been a pleasure dealing with you. I appreciate being kept informed as to order updates

I apologise for the mix up in the delivery I have contacted the branch and they assure me your order has been re-ordered. The manufacturer in error thought there was only item on your order and so only sent us one filter. The branch say they sent the one item to yourself until the others came into stock. I am absolutely delighted with both the helpfulness of your operator, who called back with availability of stock and delivery when I needed them urgently and quality of the shower hand grips. They arrived when promised. My only suggestion would be for you to supply the screws with the item but I suppose this would increase the price which was very competitive. Many thanks.

i wont be using you again it took you two weeks to send par tfor the boiler has been repaired using parts from another supplyer as a gas engineer it is not possible for me to leave a boiler of for two weeks
