the price I paid was very resonable, the delivery could have been quicker as the supplier I regularly use took receipt of this days before the actual delivery date.

I infact asked how long this order would take to deliver and was told it was with woolsley waiting to be delivered two days later. You would please and maybe have returning customers if the delivery was quicker.

A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... I have bought numerous items for my gas fire and have always had very good service. Mytub is also the only place I can find that sell the items I require for my gas fire, even the makers dont stock spares for my particular fire. Thats why I deal with Mytub because they have what you need and at a very reasonable price. Very good communications that keep you updated on your order.
