I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. Service very good and the website easy to use. Parts in stock this time so received quickly. Unfortunately waterless urinal spares are expensive but thats not the fault of the supplier. Manufacturers need to lower the price to make waterless economical.
