Fantastic service. Order was dispatched same day and arrived asap.
We made a mistake when ordering and myTUB were more than helpful in resolving the matter.

Hi everyone, the service i have received has been excellent. Everyone has been polite and delivery came on the day stated. The only problem i have is that i cannot access my account. I put my email address in and ask for another password, but nothing is sent to my inbox. Ive done this atleast 3 times Can you clarify what im doing wrong Thank you.

Excellent - the only company to think laterally enough to find me a replacement for my obsolete airflue duct. Thanks!
