This purchase worked exceptionally well. The price of the product was fair, the product itself was as expected and the speed of delivery was excellent.
I would not hesitate to use MyTub again

Hi everybody
Well i used your on-line chat to correctly identify the part I was looking for & hooked up with Jeannette - who I must say was brilliant. She even e-mailed me a photo of the item I went on to purchase. Brilliant service

Turned up on the date stated, it was the correct part which was fitted as per the video. The job was a good one and cheaper than other sites.
My first port of call if I need something similar.

Good website, very pleased with tap heads as I’ve been told I could no longer get them in Sheffield. Efficient service and updates on my order and delivery. Would recommend this company.

Excellent service, although bag of coals with foam pellets could have been put in a smaller box, save on packing.
