Great service, only place with the parts I needed, postage was a bit high but delivery was prompt and communication was excellent

Very satisfied customer. You obviously had some problems with your supplier but kept me informed throughout. Would certainly recommend.

We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. As it happened the goods arrived on the date that they were eventually promised for.
