Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
Also great to see you publish all feedback good or bad.

Not only were your products competitively priced but were needed at short notice by me, Christine arranged 1 item locally for me to collect same day and sourced another item and organised next morning courier delivery. I bought a toilet on this website, it was the Twyford E100 bottom outlet close coupled pan with the Twyford E100 Square raised height lever cistern, made for the raised height pan but decided to buy it with the standard E100 bottom outlet pan as its the same as the push button cistern accept it isnt push button, its side lever instead and its great.
This toilet was bought for a friend but had it shipped to my address as he wasnt in and I will need to buy another 3 toilets with this site soon.
When the toilet first came, it was a bit of a pain in the neck to put the cistern on the pan as the screws through the cistern wasnt long enough but the screws werent actually the problem, it was the washer that goes between the pan and the cistern.
I got a new one for my mate and it fitted
