Products were good,
Delivery was extremely poor.
Was kept aware, but only after chasing Delivery Delay

Many thanks for the prompt efficient service we had almost given up on finding this spare part given its age but luckily you had it in stock
Thanks very much

Order arrived very quickly once I had managed to place order. Found website very annoying to use for a first order and nearly gave up.
Cannot see why a single order for a small item cannot be ordered over the phone with a credit or debit card especially using something like PayPal.
