I'm happy to give you feedback as requested, here goes...
Order process - spot on, very helpful lady at the 'my tub' end made the initial purchase very simple
Order delivery - complete disaster, I rang 'my tub' to enquire after the delivery as the confirmed delivery date had been missed. Jeanette was surprosed to hear this as you had confirmation of signed delivery.
I followed through with a call to the Kettering Plumb centre who also said it had been delivered - all very good but it had been delivered to the wrong address !
The plumb centre driver had delivered the item to Kettering hospital , obtained a signature and closed the job down. If I had not placed an enquiry call the whole thing would have been left as a complete purchase/delivery

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. Thanks

The service, price, timely and accurate delivery and overall shopping experience has been a pleasure - well done MyTub! I will certainly recommend you to others.
The part was fitted by myself within 15 minutes and my shower no longer leaks! A result all round.
Warm regards,

Product matched expectation. Delivery was inconveniently delayed but service was exceptional.
I was kept well informed and knew mytub were proactively working to sort things out.
I would definitely recommend and use mytub again.
