MyTub puts its customers’ interests to the fore - the level of customer service that I have received has been outstanding. They have diligently followed up on a problem not of their making through to successful resolution. Well done MyTub!

Dear MyTub
Many thanks for your help. I did contact the manufacturer and I spent a great deal of time on the internet finding possible suppliers.
It appears that the part is definitely unavailable and I am now having to replace the cooker, even although it is still in "reasonable" condition.
I would like to say that your service has been way beyond what I had expected and that you have gone out of your way to be extremely helpful.
It will not be forgotton.
Many thanks.

Hello Team,
I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. I have been kept regularly updated on the progress of the order and availablility of the items for collection.
I will certainly use your service again if I have other similar requirements. Many thanks,
Yours sincerely,
D. Morris
