There was a slight delay in it arriving but I was kept informed of the situation all along, so it wasnt a concern. Service...product chosen was out of stock, we were emailed a replacement which was very nice as it saved us having to search for one. However got stiffed paying an extra £9 for quicker delivery which never happened...so not remotely impressed about that!
