I have recently received this order exactly on the day predicted - about 10 days after ordering, as warned.

It replaced in my case a VR65 which will only do ONE central heating zone valve. A difficult to source part was supplied, albeit with some delay, and regular updates kept me informed of progress with factors beyond their control. Excellent service when other merchants declined to help. Thank you.

Service very good and the website easy to use. Parts in stock this time so received quickly. Unfortunately waterless urinal spares are expensive but thats not the fault of the supplier. Manufacturers need to lower the price to make waterless economical.

While offering best value for this product, which is why I purchased, BUT delivery time of eight working days from order is simply too long for a business user. I will have to consider this delivery delay if ordering again.
