What a great team of staff you have. Everyone I spoke to went out of their way to be helpful and they managed to supply the part I required even on 20th December!! I will recommend your Company to anyone and everyone I know who is needing the kind of items you supply. With many thanks and best wishes for a successful 2012.

Hello David
We are sorry but the office had been closed over the Christmas period which would reflect why there had been none of our usual communication.

Efficient and friendly service from the customer services team. Made a hard job very easy as my toilet seat was not standard size.
