A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... very good service. mailed on sunday to ask how long to get part.mail reply early monday morning.ordered 10.00am monday and delivered to door tuesday 2.00pm.it was only a knob for a gas fire but postage was cheaper than other sites.can only recomend site.
