Did try to order part from another supplier waited one week only to be told part not available and had been on back order for 3 months.
Contacted MyTub and they had it on the shelf fitted within 5 days.

My Tub deliveried the seat when they said. They also sent me an email re the dimensions of the seat l had ordered as there are 2 seats which are similar, which was a nice touch. No complaints. ...Brendan Noctor

Quick service goods exactly as described. I think that Carriage charge was excessive for such a small lightweight item. Should be an option for second class postage as not all customers are in a hurry to receive items ordered. ...WILLIAM REGAN

We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever concerning our dealings with mytub. The item we ordered was obsolete but mytub were very quick to suggest alternatives. We phoned them to order one of them which was cheaper than the one we had ordered and paid for. The balance of our payment was refunded immediately. The item, a towel rail, arrived the next day. From start to finish, we were kept fully informed of the progress of our order. The person we spoke to on the phone was polite and efficient. We can thoroughly recommend this company.
