Really helpful service when I enquired over the phone. Order process online quick and easy. Delivered within a few days and driver was also friendly. The seat was a little different to the original but I supposed the old one was 8 years old - still looks ok and fits properly, but it might be worth mentioning to other customers and having more photos from different views on the website. Bit of a delay - 1st because out of stock, then something went wrong with the delivery order. But they kept me advised and and,when it did arrive, all ok and at good price with free delivery on order over £25.

Within a few hours of placing my order, I received an email back informing me that the item was out of stock, both with mytub and the suppliers, and that the best expectation was 3 weeks. I received an email update when the item was back in stock, with a promise for next day delivery, which was carried out perfectly, in the morning. I feel well treated by mytub, and would happily use them again....

Although the product I ordered online seemed to be quite elusive when posted to me, I was kept fully informed about the delays and revised dates.
From my point of view the delays were not a problem and I would certainly use mytub again in the future....
