Working with you was a wonderful experience. While we were able to find the part we needed at a number of plumbing supply stores, not one would ship to the United States. Thank you for all your help in tracking down our part and shipping it to us in New York. We greatly appreciate all your help.

Item not in stock so I was disappointed with the delivery time but, otherwise, service and communication was good.
