I was disappointed that it took over two weeks to deliver a product that was in stock, and appeared to sit with the courier company for some time. I had to chase several times for resolution, and paid for an item I had not received some two weeks before receiving the goods.

Looking through the order notes between us and our distribution I am also very disappointed. This looks like it has gone via a courier and just just been lost in the courier company nonsense of "its on its way".

When I called Mytub to make a product inquiry they were very courteous and found me the answers to my questions. As we use our own distribution the goods are carried from the store to the van to your home, theres no need for any packing the goods are handled with care.
