The item we ordered below was damaged when we opened the box, it has a chip on the front.
Would it be possible to replace this item
The plumber also asks is there a fixing kit for this item, we plan to hang it on the wall.

Excellent communication and service! Such a contrast from a previous company we had used. Wish we had found MyTub before. Would definitely use them again.

Delayed in dispatch due to not being in stock as it is an obscure item. Good communications throughout and item delivered by date advised. Excellent service.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
