I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.

Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Payment options - like a lot of people I use a debit card for payment. Debit card isnt one of the options, you have to use the "credit card" option and presume that also covers debit cards.
Make it clear and incorporate "debit card" as an option please.
