Delivered on the day specified, the contact I received from you was second to none I was kept informed all the way through the order. The cheapest I have found anywhere for that toilet so I will be using you in the future. Thank you for an excellent service

Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was.
It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it.
But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place.
I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right.
Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy.

No negative feedback. There was a lead time but that was indicated up front. Your supplier were also good enough to call me with a status update. Goods arrived today, inside the stated lead time. Very happy with the service. DB
