We were very impressed by the service from Mytub. We collected our order less than two days after placing it. We will be recommending them to all our friends and famliy. Thanks.

The item ordered arrived promptly on the date stated and was as specified. The price of the item was very competitive particularly when taking the free delivery into account. Very happy with the service provided by MyTub.

Good website, very pleased with tap heads as I’ve been told I could no longer get them in Sheffield. Efficient service and updates on my order and delivery. Would recommend this company.

The product was exactly what I wanted however, the delivery was not. Despite e-mailing to say "NO" to leaving the item at a neighbour, another to arrange delivery on a Friday we had a trial deliver on the Wednesday before and then to cap it all an eventual delivery on the day before we had arranged - BUT LEFT WITH A NEIGHBOUR!!

I have no complaints at all. I was supplied with a part that was proving difficult too source yet I found it easily here. Would not hesitate to use the site again or reccomend it to others.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. To be fair, communications were good, but for an online seller claiming that items were in stock and delivery in 2-3 days, the overall service was pretty poor. Under the circumstances, i would have expected more of an apology or discount off next order - otherwise i might as well go to my local plumbing centre next time.
