Hi there.. I called yesterday and spoke to Christine,
O.K. the order took just over a week to receive.
Please could someone advise me that what sort of period can you offer on guarantee
Does this part come from Ideal Standard or from third party
For example, there some changes on colour, its grey, and not white finish, from its exsiting and original part and the bar looks slimmer, and its down size on the actual blue float.

A long delay in getting the delivery, and when opened the drain cover was damaged, looked like it had been dropped and a corner cracked, overall not fantastically impressed!
