A 1st class service. I used the online chat facility to check that the part was in stock. Once I placed the order I was contacted and informed that the regular delivery service could not guarantee delivery before Christmas. The express delivery arrived within 30hrs ... That the valves were a little slow in arriving was no surprise given their apparent rarity and that caused no hold-up in any case.
