Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped

Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I would like to highly commend your service. I asked for something a little different, namely shipping items to Australia. Your staff we excellent at organising this. The first courier quote was excessive, but they kindly organised a second, and much more reasonable quote for international shipping. I wonder if it is possible to include an international shipping price estimate in your checkout section.
